Meet Sweet Caroline

About Caroline. She was originally purchased from a government auction after serving time in the US Navy, stationed at Norfolk Naval Base. She was originally purchased to be a surf-mobile by a kid in Allenhurst who then decided to change directions. That’s where we came into action. Some sanding, painting and carpentry later, she’s decked out to serve custom cocktails, craft beers and just about anything you can think to put on tap (espresso martini anyone?).

4 hour rental minimum - $1200

Rental price includes: TIPS certified tap tender, ice, basic plastic drinkware, garnishes, napkins, paper straws, signage and menus. We will also provide a water station setup.

The 'tini Wall

Smaller event? The 'tini Wall is just perfect. Two-taps offer potential to mix it up for your guests and offer two cockails, a cocktail and a beer, or whatever you can imagine.

The Bubbly Bar

Whether it's a bridal or baby shower, holiday party, graduation, birthday celebration, or any cocktail party, this charming addition elevates your event. Use it as a stylish bar setup or for serving beverages with flair. Let us bring elegance and functionality to your next celebration!

Full-Service Option - $275 - 3 hour rental

Turn your event into an unforgettable experience with our full-service Mimosa bar! From classic orange juice to unique mixers and garnishes, we’ll create a delightful Mimosa station tailored to your celebration. Perfect for bridal showers, brunches, or any special gathering—let us take care of the details while you enjoy the fun!

What's included: cart, 4 acrylic pitchers, acrylic clear ice tub, 2 inset metal beverage tubs, and 50 plastic 5 oz champagne flutes. Additionally, the cart features a rack on top to hang stemmed flutes. 

Delivery - free up to 10 miles, additional per extra mile outside 10 mile radius

You have the option to rent the cart for self-service by your guests or hire a server at an extra cost of $30 per hour.
