Meet Sweet Caroline

About Caroline. She was originally purchased from a government auction after serving time in the US Navy, stationed at Norfolk Naval Base. She was originally purchased to be a surf-mobile by a kid in Allenhurst who then decided to change directions. That’s where we came into action. Some sanding, painting and carpentry later, she’s decked out to serve custom cocktails, craft beers and just about anything you can think to put on tap (espresso martini anyone?).

4 hour rental minimum - $1200

Rental price includes: TIPS certified tap tender, ice, basic plastic drinkware, garnishes, napkins, paper straws, signage and menus. We will also provide a water station setup.

The 'tini Wall

Smaller event? The 'tini Wall is just perfect. Two-taps offer potential to mix it up for your guests and offer two cockails, a cocktail and a beer, or whatever you can imagine.

The Bubbly Bar

This charming and lightweight cart is available for rent and can be used for various purposes. Here's what's included: the cart itself, 2 acrylic clear ice tubs, 4 acrylic pitchers, and standard 9oz plastic cups. Additionally, the cart features a rack on top for stemmed glassware.

$100.00 per hour / 2 hour minimum

Delivery - free up to 10 miles, additional per extra mile

You have the option to rent the cart for self-service by your guests or hire a server at an extra cost of $30 per hour.
